We refer to the Nutrition and Sport Test, a blood test to establish each person’s most important individual needs with respect to vitamins and minerals, as well as their intake of fat, proteins and carbohydrates to guarantee tip-top body composition and achieve their most efficient physical performance. It will also analyse their detoxifying capacity, inflammatory state and their nutrient and exercise needs with a view to preventing injuries and improving the health of their bones.

You can get your test directly from this link; it doesn't need a doctor's prescription and you can take it at any of the Quirónsalud centres, provided that you purchase it through the e-Quirónsalud platform.
The appointment is online, and everything is organised from the e-Quirónsalud platform.
You will receive the results via the Quirónsalud Patient Portal around 15 days from having your blood sample taken. The test includes a phone appointment after receiving the results to have them explained to you.
